Willow Smith doesn’t mind being the daughter of two highly successful entertainers.
Willow was born to Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith.
Jaden Smith, her older brother, is also a vocal musician.
Her father stormed to the Oscars stage in March after he took issue with a joke Chris Rock made about Jada. Will slapped the comedian and returned to his chair shouting, “Keep your name out my f —– mouth.”

Rock and his family, the Smiths, have mostly remained mum following the incident, only offering brief comments or making short jokes.
Rock is said to be not interested in exchanging pleasantries and information with Smith.
Willow said that the infamous slap did not “rock me as much” as my internal demons, in a new interview with Billboard.
Willow quickly stood up for her father.
The 21-year old said, “I see my entire family as human. I love and accept their humanity.”

“Because of the position that we’re in, our humanness sometimes isn’t accepted, and we’re expected to act in a way that isn’t conducive to a healthy human life and isn’t conducive to being honest.”
Her words echo those of her father who shared in a recent video his reflections on the events.
The “Men in Black” star stated that “I can tell all of you that there is no part that believes that that was the best way to behave in that situation.” “There’s no part in me that thinks this is the best way of handling a feeling of disrespect and insults.”
